How do I make a purchase?

Specify the quantity, and any discount code you have then proceed to CHECKOUT.

Put in your SHIPPING INFORMATION & PAYMENT DETAILS. Choose between completing it using your PAYPAL information or your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD information then proceed to COMPLETE ORDER.

Your ORDER NUMBER will be given right after completing the order.

How do I change/return my item?

We offer a hassle-free returns policy. If you’re not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date.

When will I receive my purchase?

We aim to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! Shipping usually takes about 2-3 weeks from your purchase date but can also be as early as 5 days depending on your location! Please not shipping time may be longer during holidays.

Do I have to pay taxes for my purchase?

We always declare the exact value of your parcel for customs purposes, and we have had no issues with them getting past customs to date. Yet to make sure, you can always check with your local customs office.
